IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the ban on burning be lifted as of September 24, 2024, due to recent rainfall which has abated hazardous conditions. 🔥
Please remember that October 1 to December 15th each year is Fire Hazard Season. During the official fire season, it shall be unlawful for any person to set fire to or procure another to set fire to any flammable material capable of spreading fire located in or within 150 feet of any woodland or brushland, except between the hours of 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM or when the ground is covered with snow.
